IV. Service-Specific Expectations & Limitations

To ensure total transparency, please review the following expectations regarding specialized services such as touch-up paint and scratch removal:

A. What Touch-Up Paint Is Designed To Do:

  • Improve the appearance of rock chips and small paint damage
  • Reduce the visibility of scratches and minor imperfections
  • Protect exposed areas from rust and further damage
  • Blend damaged areas to make them less noticeable from a normal viewing distance

B. What Touch-Up Paint Is NOT:

  • It is not a full repaint or body shop repair
  • It will not make deep damage look brand new
  • It may not perfectly match factory texture or gloss
  • It will not completely level deep chips without more extensive repair
  • It may still be visible upon close inspection

C. Important Notes:

  • Results vary depending on the depth and severity of the damage
  • Deep scratches that go through the primer may remain slightly visible
  • Some areas may require sanding and polishing for better blending
  • For perfect, factory-level results, repainting at a body shop is recommended

V. Payments & Estimates
